A standing order should be set up for the first of each month. Payments are £39.50 per month – Bradford.

B. Cancellations
No refunds can be given for missed classes.
Should an instructor be unwell or unable to attend a lesson a cover instructor will be provided. if this is not
possible we reserve the right to cancel the lesson and You will not be charged.
In the occasion of adverse weather conditions or a pool break down you will receive a call or text to notify you
lessons are cancelled. You will not be charged.
There is a £5 day admin fee for cancellation of lessons later than 5 working days before the end of the month
C. Swimmers
1. Jewellery is a hazard and should not be worn during a lesson.
2. Pupils are responsible for their own possessions eg. goggles
3. Parent /guardian’s you are responsible for yourself and your child’s safety/ behaviour pre and post lessons
times.
4. Instructors should be notified of any medical conditions prior to the lesson. Eg inhalers for asthma
5. Swimmers and parents are required to follow the rules relating to the venue they are attending.

6. Although we have lifeguards present please ensure you watch your child’s lesson as an added precaution
7. Please sign in/out before/after lessons start. (All swimmers and spectators.
8. When entering poolside please remove outdoor footwear or use the shoe covers provided.
9. No food to be consumed by poolside.
10. Swimmers are to wear swimming caps which can be purchased from sink or swim.

E. Communication
We will communicate about lessons by email and text unless you opt out.
F. To conform with child protection law we have the following rules:
a. Children of eight years or more should change, in the appropriate changing room either on their
own or with a parent or guardian of the same sex. Children under the age of eight years old should
change in the changing room that matches the sex of the accompanying parent. Therefore, there
will be no need for adult males to be in the female changing room or adult females to be in the
male changing room. If children wish to use the toilet during a lesson they should be accompanied
by their parent/guardian.
b. Photography.
There should be no photography or filming whilst lessons are taking place. If you would like take
photo speak to Liam Hall or who ever is in charge for permission. Bear in mind you should never
include other children in the shot.
